The interesting thing about Tuesday's auction is that apart from Emerging Media, which owns the Jaipur franchise, the other parties have spent most of their alloted money. Chennai only has $24,000 left to spend while Jaipur has over a million dollars still left. Reliance which owns Mumbai Indians only has a little over $50,000 left.</p> <p>The franchisees can buy more foreign players from outside the list of 18.
